Undoubtedly, recent times have presented a number of challenges. Without exception or discrimination the pandemic impacted all of us, both at home and at work. Most critically we have endured a huge gap in our lives- human connection. We have all sorely missed the opportunity to develop business relationships face to face. Nothing can replace what we are able to achieve in-person, the ideas that organically grow through conversation; sparks of creativity and collective problem-solving. Those times have now well and truly returned.
It is important to recognize our progress however. We can be proud in that the organizations we represent have shown resilience and adaptability, not least in facilitating remote working at scale. We have kept our businesses going and in some cases seized opportunities to innovate. We have seen advances in digitization and direct selling in market places unaccustomed to such methods, a wave of investment in insurtechs, and a speedy response to changing consumer behaviors. It is clear that we cannot afford to resist change; on the contrary we must continue to compete, collaborate, invest, and ultimately deliver to our customers.
It is an unprecedented period of change. Personally, I cannot wait to discover where our industry goes next.

When does the event start and finish?
Registration is at 08.00. Sessions begin at 09.00 and end at 17.00. There is then a drinks reception which finishes at 18.00.

Between 220-250 participants. This is not a large-scale trade show format. The event is focused on bringing senior leaders together to discuss innovation strategy.
